Systems Contract Wins To Date — 2007

U.S. Army Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP IV) — ITT Corporation, together with prime contractor Fluor Corporation, have been awarded the U.S. Army Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP IV) contract. The Fluor/ITT team is one of three contractor teams selected by the U.S. Army Sustainment Command to deliver a broad range of essential logistics support services to U.S. and allied forces during combat, peacekeeping, humanitarian and training operations. The contract includes facilities, construction and services such as supply, transportation, communications and maintenance.

NASA West Coast Commercial Payload Processing (WCCPP) — NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) has awarded Spaceport Systems International, LP (SSI), a Division of ITT, a contract to provide West Coast Commercial Payload Processing services at Vandenberg AFB, CA. The contract provides for payload processing capabilities for NASA west coast payloads launching on Expendable Launch Vehicles (ELV).

Formed in 1993 as a partnership between ITT and CSSI, SSI operates and manages a commercial spaceport at Vandenberg AFB and is a major provider of payload processing and launch services for both commercial and government users. SSI was the first federally licensed private Commercial Space Launch Site Operator in the United States. With the award of the first U.S. Commercial Space Launch Site Operator's License in September 1996, the Spaceport attained international status as a leader in low cost access to space. SSI looks forward to partnering with NASA to support ELV launches.

Surface Deployment Distribution Command (SDDC) Support — As a unit of the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), SDDC serves the logistics needs of Warfighters in theatre. This support contract provides for network administration and help desk services for several areas in Kuwait. Systems’ ability to provide flexible, responsive support in Southwest Asia and competitive pricing were critical to our successful bid.

Qatar Base Operations Services/Base Operations Security Services (BOSSS) — The Qatar BOSSS mission includes performing logistics, emergency and fire services, force protection, base postal services, recreation services, public works, transportation, and safety and environmental support for the US Central Command (CENTCOM) forces stationed at Camp As Sayliyah. Systems is the incumbent on this strategically critical opportunity, so the win is vital to meeting our strategic and financial goals, both for this year and the next five.

Forward Operating Locations Base Operating Support (FOL-BOS) — On this 7-year contract, ITT Systems provides support operations for US Southern Command’s aerial counter-drug surveillance mission. Main areas of support include air traffic control, airfield operations, communications technical services, food service, billeting, civil engineering and emergency response. The FOL-BOS win continues our legacy of support to this customer—from the Caribbean Basin Radar Network to the current Hemispheric Radar System—and adds to our history of service in this region. Locations include: Netherlands, Antilles, Ecuador and Virginia.

SeaPort CENTAF Engineering and Installation — On this 4-year USAF Central Command Air Forces (CENTAF) contract, Systems provides installation, operations, maintenance, administration and management required to support engineering, drafting and the installation of inside and outside cable and fiber-optic infrastructure. ITT also supports the control of installation materials and equipment. The contract location is Southwest Asia.

WWSS Task Order USMC Support Wide Area Network — This is a 1-year base contract with 3 option years for the US Marine Corp through PM DCATS and WIN-T contracting offices. ITT Systems provides technical and logistic support, field services operations, training, testing and verification, equipment maintenance, fabrication and technical manual development for Wide Area Network systems. Locations include: US CONUS sites, Japan, Iraq and the Horn of Africa.

SSI Spaceport SBSS Task Order — This 2-year win has our SSI team making launch tower modifications and providing launch support to a Minotaur IV for the USAF Rocket Systems Launch Program, based out of Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. The Space-Based Space Surveillance (SBSS) satellite launch is expected in 2008 and will occur at SSI’s launch facility at Vandenberg AFB.

AFCAP Task Order #078 — This is a 1-year renewal contract for the USCENTAF AOR Transient Aircraft Services and Air Traffic Maintenance services currently provided by ITT Systems in Salerno, Afghanistan. Systems provides logistics and maintenance services necessary to support airfield management, control tower/terminal services and monitor and control of TMA and NAVAIDS.
